Pathology & Lab Services
Microbiology is the study of micro-organisms that cause disease. Infections are nothing but medical disorders that are caused by infected micro-organisms. Microbiological testing, which often implies testing for harmful organisms or pathogens that cause infections, makes for a widely applied and highly useful branch of medical diagnostics.
Microbiology testing will tell your doctor the exact pathogen that has caused the infection and also let the doctor know the most suitable drugs that can be administered to counter the infection.
We boast of a well-equipped microbiology lab with the latest cutting-edge technology. We have ensured that we apply automation in microbiology testing methods to ensure that human error gets minimized and the process of test reporting is expedited.

Our pathology Lab is Equipped with below Equipements:
ADVIA Centaur CP Immunoassay
The ADVIA Centaur CP System is an immunoassay test instrument for mid-volume labs. Its broad menu lets you both expand and consolidate – by bringing a wide range of assays to one workstation, eliminating redundant systems.
IMSET Laminar Flow
The IMSET PCR Prep Station is a compact laminar flow enclosure that reduces the risk of contamination while performing polymerase chain reaction experiments. Particulate matter is swept away by a constant flow of Class 100 HEPA filtered air.
Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC)
Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is used to take cells from palpable nodules in organs or tissues. The purpose of this examination is to categorize the type of lesion responsible for its occurrence.
Biochemistry Analyzer
The Clinical Biochemistry Analyzer is an instrument that uses the pale yellow supernatant portion (serum) of a centrifuged blood sample or a urine sample and induces reactions using reagents to measure various components, such as sugar, cholesterol, protein, enzyme, etc.
EASYLYTE
Medica Corporation’s EasyLyte analyzer is a completely automated, microprocessor controlled electrolyte system that uses ISE (Ion Selective Electrode) technology to make electrolyte measurements. The easy product line measures combinations of Na+, K+, Cl–, Li+, Ca++, and pH in whole blood, serum, plasma, or urine.
FROZEN SECTION
The frozen section is the rapid tissue section by cooling the tissue with the help of a cryostat to provide an immediate report of the tissue sample. The cryostat is the instrument to freeze the tissue and also to cut the frozen tissue for microscopic sections. The rapid freezing of the tissue sample converts the water into ice.
CYTOPATHOLOGY
Cytology is the exam of a single cell type, as often found in fluid specimens. It's mainly used to diagnose or screen for cancer. It's also used to screen for fetal abnormalities, for pap smears, to diagnose infectious organisms, and in other screening and diagnostic areas.
Elisa System
ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is a plate-based assay technique designed for detecting and quantifying soluble substances such as peptides, proteins, antibodies, and hormones. Other names, such as enzyme immunoassay (EIA), are also used to describe the same technology
All body fluid cytology
Cytologic evaluation is the analysis of cells from the body under a microscope. This is done to determine what the cells look like, and how they form and function. The test is usually used to look for cancers and precancerous changes. It may also be used to look for viral infections in cells.
Pap test
The Papanicolaou test is a method of cervical screening used to detect potentially precancerous and cancerous processes in the cervix or colon. Abnormal findings are often followed up by more sensitive diagnostic procedures .
